The International Society for Educational Biography (I.S.E.B.) invites proposals for its annual conference, to be held in partnership with The Society of Philosophy and History of Education (S.O.P.H.E.), October 3-5, 2024, at the Clayton Plaza Hotel in Clayton, MO.

Booking a Room: To reserve a room, please call 1-407-992-7957 and mention the ISEB code for a discounted rate of $139/night. You can also book online by clicking this link where the discount code is already applied. In order to be included in the conference block and benefit from this discount, you must make your reservation before 9/12/2024.
Presenter deadline for ISEB registration: September 15th, 2024, after which time you will not appear in the program.
Technology: For those wishing to include video or audio, ISEB will provide data projectors. Presenters must bring their own laptops with appropriate HDMI and VGA video adaptors and external speakers if needed.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION/DATES:
Conference Registration: Register for the conference.

Early registration rate till August 20, 2024.

Registration Deadline: Only presenters who are current in ISEB membership dues and have paid the conference registration fee will be listed in the Conference Program. Conference and registration fees must be paid no later than September 1, 2024.
ISEB Membership:
Full membership includes a one-year subscription to the ISEB journal Vitae Scholasticae: The Journal of Educational Biography. Other membership levels may opt to add the journal to their membership.

Participants have the opportunity to submit their papers for consideration for publication in our journal that we have been publishing for nearly 40 years, Vitae Scholasticae: The Journal of Educational Biography. We welcome all forms of work on life writing scholarship, teaching, and methodology. See the
